This is a practical class built so that massage therapist use their body in an optimal and safe manner, facilitating the transmission of power with less effort. We will study the height of the massage table for better use of body weight. Also, we will learn manual techniques to avoid the excessive use of your thumbs, fingers, wrists, and arms.
You will receive personalized feedback during the class from your teacher.
This class is in Spanish and provides 8 hours of continuing education for massage therapists.
