About the event
This 16-hour course presents a systematic model for improving function and reducing pain in the musculoskeletal system. It is based on anatomy, kinesiology, and precise techniques for rehabilitating conditions that interfere with optimal soft tissue function. Students will learn to use clinical reasoning based on multidimensional assessment and will gain a solid foundation for treating a variety of tissue types. All sessions are accompanied by clear images of the relevant anatomy.
This course is the first in a series that includes two additional courses:
Rehabilitative Massage: Thoracocervical area and upper extremities.
Rehabilitative Massage: Lumbosacral area and lower extremities.
