Take your practice to the next level by expanding your understanding of how fascial and myofascial connections influence body movement, and gaining specific skills to work with them.

This approach allows for mapping patterns and shaping changes in the body, regardless of the manual or movement therapy modality being employed. The 12 “myofascial meridians” of the Anatomy Trains system connect individual muscles into functional complexes within the fascial structure, each with defined anatomy and specific significance in human posture and movement. This knowledge opens the door to new holistic strategies for improving stability, coordination, and resolving chronic compensations in postural and movement patterns, whether you are a manual therapist, movement professional, or do-it-yourself myofascial release (SMR) practitioner.

Anatomy Trains offers an innovative perspective on the anatomy of the fascial and myofascial connection throughout the body.

Anatomy Trains establishes a fascial and myofascial “connection anatomy” throughout the body, allowing for mapping patterns and shaping changes in posture and movement. Through 12 “myofascial meridians,” it connects individual muscles into functional complexes within the fascial tissue, offering new holistic strategies to improve stability, coordination, and resolve postural compensations. Developed by Thomas Myers in the 1990s, Anatomy Trains is widely used by healthcare professionals to achieve lasting changes in body biomechanics. In addition, Anatomy Trains offers courses and certifications to pass on these techniques and knowledge.
