What is Myofascial Therapy?
Many massage therapists are unaware that the cells of the body's tissues, such as muscle cells, are embedded in a matrix of connective tissue that makes up the majority of body tissue, if we remove the water. This connective tissue, also called fascia or intersticium, has its characteristics. When a manual therapist understands these characteristics, and uses techniques that take them into account, he can have more and better results. Myofascial techniques are becoming more and more relevant in the world of high-level manual therapy.
Til Luchau is one of the most sought-after international exponents. Born in the United States, he travels all over the world, including Germany, Scotland, China, Australia, among other countries where manual therapies are very advanced. Don't miss the opportunity to meet this legend and understand why there are so many of us who are devoted to the world of fascia.
